Take me back
To the times we met freely
The days we cared less about time, nothing really
Take me back
To the Sunday afternoons we mingled with love
To the Monday nights we came together to deal with the blues
Take me back!
Now we have  restrictions
Of movement , from places
No more random banters at the roadside
No more meet ups for sandwiches at the cafe
Everything means nothing
No physical contacts to make
No deep hugs , no random pecks
We're stuck in lonliness
Sadness and unplanned depression
Nothing to smile about , at all
One person said
Maybe we're in the middle of a miracle
Something we can't see, something that will bring us Change
I smiled at that fact ,
It could be true , maybe this is it , our turn
The transformation will be seen and felt
Yes it will give us a new life dimension.                                                              '-jayword
