How can you hold something so tight
Your knuckles are white
Your jaw is clenched
Tears are always on the brim of your eyes
Fear tapping on your shoulder
Pain'll lessen if you open your hand
Let go of your grasp
But, the thought of letting go hurts a little more than holding on..
How is holding something so tight that's not even there, be so hard to let go of?
