On Scientific Inquiry
Nature is singing to us,
And we have plugged our ears.
Itβs left the reach for the stars
in the depths of our eyes
As the lightning from our veins
Beats through our hearts
The rusting of metal,
the decay in our skin
The bursting of volcanoes,
the throbbing in our temples
After a while, out of sheer boredom
or curiosity, one chooses to listen.
