If landscapes could make me love you more,
Then I must have seen what the sky has to offer
We must be panoramic
All-encompassing, omniscient
Love is a hard swallow
And you are the pill I take every day
I'm often reduced to tears, a dry throat
You never sugarcoat
But the view looks better without rose-tinted glasses
I wear them on the bridge of my nose but I peek over the rims
You accept me, my whims
And what's a storm without thunder
The rain subsides and
The sky is a deep blue that reminds me of my mother's eyes
This hue
Reminds me of infinite landscapes
And how much I love you
