THE PREACHER I thought myself a genius who knew all from men's demeanour to good verse to write. I blamed my kin for their misconduct here and neighbours' acts for clear cowardice there.
I started to imagine l am great till once my mind recalled my humble past. I thought about my life and what l did; I found myself much worse than those l preached.
I hid myself inside a garret where I wept to clean my past, that was inane. It was too stupid that to make amends I set out to instruct for recompense. BY JOSEPH ZENIEH ALL RIGHTS RESERVED ____________
