Sacrilegious scholars in an ivory tower
Assert profane intelligence
Rome is on fire
Peasants revolt
And in this madness
Populist rise
They ask
β€œwhat happened”

Yet for all their knowledge
they lack compassion and morality
the brightest minds
naked, dumb and afraid of the change

they mocked the everyman
they failed to see the starvation
they failed to see the hate
they failed to do their basic premise
EDUCATE

I watched the brightest minds of my generation
Took to the night
I was scared and torn
For that tower I favored is finally falling
