We have so much silence in common

anger and resentment

are now the "good mornings"

we have been writing

the story of our sorrows

we've been materializing

an invisible chain

at the same time that holds us together

tear us apart

instead of thousand miles

we have the silence

this silence that builds a barrier

these hands that separate us

this bed is cooled

and this heart that fades
