Against the wind
A car pushes forward
I'm in it
Looking over and over
At a world so pure
Full of sunlight
Free from daily strife
But oh
Here I am
Taking a trip down to my decent
A rollercoaster that only goes one way

To the depths
Send a postcard
Even my family cares about
Where I'd end up
Once all is spoken
Promises broken
Did what I could
More rigid than wood
Regret my mistakes
Now I'm stuck in this place
Full of blaze and constant craze
Road pulled out from under
Time to plunder
Was this the life I've been preparing for?
