I’m not alone in my loneliness
I’m in a war like many were before
I’m in a battle like other cowards
Along with the houses around town
I’m not gonna let them down tonight
I’m gonna put up a fight
If not for me, for all the other teammates
And I believe, we’ll win at this rate
And even if they choose to take their life
I’m not choosing to take mine
Cause there’s another standing in line
So why would I give up on them
If we intend to impend carrying on then
Cause the dark has no right
To any houses around town
So I’m not gonna let them down tonight
I’m gonna put up a fight
