Dear father I'm here existing in the space you've made for me please turn my enemies from site.
Please hold the darkness, please free my soul from the terror. Make my spear hand strong and my heart stronger. My feet sure in their foundation. My mind focused upon the goal decided long before my time and all times to come. So I can stand true in the hurricane that walks among us. The wind tears my soul the rain blinds my eyes. As the the light dies yours is the only light that shines. Pulling always pulling me home. Battle after battle you've seen me through, walking through fire. Be it war, my soul or hearts desire. The deep calls my name like a lover to long without embrace. So please lift me high on wings made of wind and love and not let this darkness win.
