last night i went out for a walk
instead it turned into a stalk
she told me not to come her way
i did not listen but that's okay
walked down to the donut shop
the place we dated when we would talk
waited for an hour or two
and realized i was a fool
walked back to my sleepy bed
to have a dream of her instead
