Madness

I once visited a town a while back

I sought a feeling of embrace

So I watched as others received it.

Pairs of lovers, lusting towards each other.

Talking

Listening

Telling Stories

Exchanging sadness

Waiting for change

Crying for existence

Growing for the unknown

Doubting the regret.

Somebody told me love was powerful

That it drove the world

In and out of madness

And that true love was when two people

Equally mad, could share that.

-AJ
