Along came a spider,
with claws full of fire,
burning alive with a horrid desire.

It was the dead of night,
no safety in sight;
and his hands held me tight.

He bit and he clawed,
he broke all of the laws -
and no one had saw.

His hands burned my skin;
he ripped deep within...
my body used in sin.

The darkness grew worse
as he laid his curse,
and my life did disperse...

because along came a spider,
filled with a deadly desire.

This poem was originally written in 2009, as you can see. I made a second version because I wasn't sure the message was clear in the first one, so I made a second, which I'm still not sure if people get it. I decided to add it onto this website as well. It was one of my favorites.
