You can't sit there looking at yourself
When you're standing there wishing you were somebody else

Don't change your shoes, until they've been filled
Years of experience takes time and effort to build

The the comfort we all felt inside a pillow fort
Like motherly foundation, call it moral support

Looking in the mirror unable to see yourself
It's okay you're still looking for that book on the shelf
