Untitled #15
Though the hours grow fewer
And my dreams ever smaller
I desire the same things
As when I was a child
I want to count every
single
star
while I’m lying in your arms
I want to sing
belt out
every song I’ve ever heard
we used to sound so good together
you and me
against the night
battling the inevitable morning
