If you are feeling fearful, think of something that makes you feel safe. If you are feeling lonely, try to remember a certain person who always made you feel loved. If you are feeling agitated, turn to thoughts of a happy moment when everything seemed perfect and carefree. You have a powerful mind.  As long as you use that power in the proper way you can move mountains and work miracles. If you use it in the wrong way - to stir up fear and gloomy feelings - then it will work against you. The choice is yours.
