Everything I should say

Should i just give up?

Lose hope at the drop of a hat?

I feel like we were so close,

too close even,

to act like strangers.

Even through it all,

I would take you back in a heartbeat.

Clean you up,

hold you,

protect you,

love you like I should of.

Maybe blaming myself

isn't the right thing to do,

but i feel like if i don't

you'll never come back to me.

You made my deepest fears come true.

and for that i hate you.

but I can never stop loving you.
