Apr 2013
its seven in the morning
no I do care
I spent the whole night watching you
bare it all, in a drunken glare
laughing and joking without a care
my red shirt separating me from you
as if I was black and you were blue
i try to uphold the law
but you make it hard
buying that power from the hotel guard
it reeks of bud
you eyes are shot
your muscle flexed
and your heart stopped
I am bleeding
waiting for you
I look right on pass
as if it were right on cue.
