Alone (regrets)

When loneliness became an ugly thing

Serentiy is not enough,

And as you walk the trail of tears

You find yourself.

You wish to find a wellknown face

Among the faces that you see,

And now you're sorry that you thought

Once, just like me.

No more you wish to be alone,

You pray for company,

You search your phone book, for one name

That still remembers you.

And now you're sorry you have burned

The bridges to your friends,

You wish to try just one more time,

But no one gives a ****
