but she can't see

it shines in her eyes,
all the long hours

it shines so brightly
but she cannot see
her own eyes
or maybe the light
is just blinding her

she casts her eyes downward
content in herself
but it's not herself
it is her own warped version
of herself, that has
not been properly
reflected back to her
vision.

she is literally perfect
and she doesn't see it
