Jan 2020
it clings and
hangs.
god!
it's so
cloyingly
thick.

it smothers
and
Pervades,
like
a thick
pea soup.

this crushing
obliteration
that is
a sober
mind.

it is reminder
of longing and
loss.

i wish You were here.

whoever "You" happens to be.

Is this how Debussy felt ?

i can only sit
and stare.

it just hurts too much.

and there aren't words.
