May 2010
I glare up into the darkness,
Feeling like I am going insane.
Sensations say I am losing my brain.
I am truly startled by the oblique starkness.
But when I realize my mistake,
I pull of my colorful, pitch-black hood.
Looking around, I see the morning sun is so good.
I have earned back everything I put at stake.
