My voice is piano
My behavior
Everyone thinks my outside is piano
But
My hurting is forte
My frustration is forte
My feelings are forte
Nobody thinks that my inside is forte
My voice is piano

Nobody thinks that my inside is forte
In music, there are dynamics. Dynamics are the volume of the music. When the music is piano, it is quiet. When the music is forte it is loud.
