Love!
Alight upon Earth
With Beauty Splendour and Mirth
To make it Paradise-worth:
The Dawn of revelation -
Of the Supreme Act
To let us live together..
Love! You are always pure!
Enliven us,
Enlighten us -
With your Compassion vast.
Where we lie,
Full of mire and darkness,
We are tied to its tie.
Unite us in your Felicity Heavenly!
We await still
To hear the distant call of the Divine appeal;
Beyond mind and body
To reach your unseen ecstasy.
Where human whisper ever dares not to tread,
Rare Blossoms send prayers to the unseen Godhead;
We long to be merged in the
fathomless blithe -
Forever to last
A rapturous compromise!
The Supreme Act.
We never part,
Still poles apart!
Hearts breathe not
Speech turns speechless in speechless Art -
Of joy infinite:
Love at first sight!
Alight upon Earth
With angelic gesture and a childlike mirth,
The dance of the Nymph in the air
The whisper of the Zephyr:
An enraptured Act!
Make us rich wirh distant dreams
Of an exalted Bliss!
The long stretch of time,
The laments of life -
We care not.
The short epoch-while
That makes us smile
Is infinity's worth.
An architecture of your immortal Art!
The small sojourn
Speaks unknown,
An unending rhyme.
Ever sublime!
The Poetry of the Earth
Is never dead;
Goes on forever for the time ahead
Written on the canvas of Time!
Silence all around,
Makes us spell-bound;
Lying on Solitude's bed,
Eyes visionary, looking ahead -
For the Divine playground
To descend upon Earth;
We wait for eternity -
To make our play-act
An Eternal Birth!
