It was only one puff,
I thought I'd be fine,
I thought I'd be

safe in your smoke filled car,
focusing ******* your hands,
keep them on the wheel,
keep them on the

blunt between your fingers,
rolled fresh by the stranger in someones basement,
focusing hard to remember,
what is his name,
what is his

favorite band,
****, I thought I knew this,
I really thought

last Tuesday may have meant something,
or maybe not,
maybe

your hands shouldn't have left the wheel.
