i struggle to define
exactly what
you mean to me
these eyes
have gazed upon
an ocean of faces
in this world
but still yours,
the only one i see
eyes that gaze
deep into my glare
cut me to the core
but god no longer cares
to hear my voice
laying passed out
on the floor
my head at war
with my heart
i simply cannot
understand
why a love
as real as ours
is left forgotten
in the sand
i walk this shore
an endless loop
in the hope
that i will find
just one more
moment
to feel your
love again
even if its
