When things in life start getting worse,
In these times, God, we need to turn.
He will help us if we ask him,
In these times, God, can help us learn.  

In life, God wants us to find joy.
Peace, He will help us to obtain.
He knows what we are in need of,
And He knows when we are in pain.

God made us to love and serve him,
And our neighbors to show them love.
Also respect and dignity,
Surely, it they are in need of.

When we find hard times are pressing,  
Joy in life is sure a blessing.
