I want to write about you, my dear
But I simply can’t find the words
You make me feel things I can’t verbalize,
I like you so much it hurts.

Everything about you is perfect,
But I cannot put it into a clear thought
I want to write your whole being
And your smile, I want to draw.

But alas, the words will not come,
And my drawing skills are far from fine
So I guess I’ll just have to remember you
And hope you don’t slip my mind
