Wandering no mans land
I’m distant, confused, you do understand
Internally bruised, not cool
Forgetting ‘bout that chin drool
I’m shuffling and and stutt stutter stuttering
Forgetting ’bout something, but don’t have nothing
Circling roundabouts, where’s the **** turn-off
Not old age, just Parkinson’s Disease, ya *******
Beginning the day, falling asleep at the wheel
Other drivers, swearing to me, am I for real
Strolling food isles, zoning out, I just paid twice
Frozen face, freezing of the gait, end of my paradise.
Keep smiling, keep going, live life to the fullest.
