He wrote a letter
To himself when he was born
Thought it was better
His whole life was all torn
A young child he was
Grown up and he still
The boy and man inside
No one would ever tell

A man sees himself
A young boy so sad
The world didn't help
It is all he ever had
He played along
The child does smile
Or write a song
Every moment, every time

(Chorus)---

A man is born
A boy is old
Time standing still in his heart
A boy is love
A man is passion
Something inside could never be torn
The child is still inside
-------------------

Others think he's alone
But the youth never gone
He can have to for himself
Freedom of choice
Drinking man
Young boy
Apple juice
All within his own half

Even with a company
The boy is with him
Never shy of the many
Or alone to be grim
Two people lives in one
Can't survive without the other
A man holds his own childish hand
They are always together

Mysterious...
One in the eye of the other
They see all
But pride in their heart
They play, dance, rejoice
He's a man, he's a boy

(Instrumental Part)

It's a childish mirror
But not of an error
The man and the boy
Are one in the same
They share the love
Story of a man that sees his own child...

(Chorus)

(Guitar Solo)

One day... the man meets a woman
Same time... the boy meets a girl
Mirror realities in the four
Beautiful ending to be adored

Accepting the dance
Of an mystical romance
One in the same
In a loving game...
