Life isn't fair
deal with that fact
It isn't about your hair
and it's not about a pact

My words may be viewed as wrong
and they may be viewed as right
I'll keep saying them as long
as we make it through the night

Who is the good guy
when what everyone thinks is good
Everyone has to lie
so everything is misunderstood

Breakups happen
deal with it
The soul might start to blacken
but you just can't quit

People die
people live
People cry
and people forgive

Life isn't fair
deal with that fact
it isn't about your hair
and it's not about a pact
Now just noticing my error
