Why Argue?
You called this morning
Like there was no fight,
Like nothing happened,
Like everything was all right.
You said you loved me,
Yet you still have me scared,
You were once angry
Now you don't care.
I guess you forgot to call,
You forgot me,
You forgot it all.
You go out with friends
Thinking broken feelings would mend
Not reallizing how many tears
Would fall from unclaimed fears.
Why do you pretend to believe,
That I don't matter to you?
When really...
You are all that matters to me.
Who do I have to be
For you to obviously see
That I am not just the one you need
But the one you should keep.
