This town never changes.
Same old, same old.
Same places to go, same things to do.
People here laugh and joke,
While their misery hides in a closet.
No one is truly happy,
Or truly sad.
Pretend, pretend, pretend.
In this town
We are the world's greatest fakers.
This never ending stupid drama
Of this small town.
Where we all know your secrets,
Where you know my secrets.
Nothing stays hidden long in this town,
Not even your misery.
