I’m staring out the window
At the grey and cloudy sky
Looking out in solitude
A tear falling from my eye
If I close my eyes briefly
I can picture you here still
Even though I’m on my own
Sitting at my window-sill
I now have two paths to choose
Forever love you and miss you
Or I could decide to move on
Forget you and start anew
I’m sick and tired of missing you
I wanna move on and find someone new
I know he’s somewhere in the crowd
When I find him I’ll stop staring at clouds
I’m staring out the window
Watching the rain fall down
Looking out on my own
My face wearing a frown
If I imagine you here still
I feel I’m in bliss
I just can’t get over
That one final kiss
I can now only see two skies
One dark and cloudy, filled with lies
The other bright and sunny
A rainbow in disguise
I’m sick and tired of missing you
I wanna move on and find someone new
I know he’s somewhere in the crowd
When I find him I’ll stop staring at clouds
