Oh Father God, I am discouraged
I want to turn back
Enough strength I lack

Oh Jesus Christ, I am discouraged
My failures are always
I’m filled with dismays

Oh Holy Spirit, I am discouraged
I’m fed up with challenges
Do not make me hopeless!
