Poems
Mar 2013
Oregon Coast
Today, I went to a cold,
windy place–
many dunes (so much sand),
a peaceful aura
and loud waves.
(Take a breath, let it out.)
I sat and listened.
The rocks under my feet,
the salty taste of the air–
they’ll stay with me forever.
