She lurks
around the corner meeting
the Lion's yellow eyes
half smiling half
keeping his power in
disguise
so as to make her step out of
the shadow

Her gaze through
wooden planks
from high above not yet
daring to confront herself
with that Lion
with that Power?
Always measuring his
every step-
Not yet
descending?
What the...?
