The day started as expected
woke up looking forward to
a thrilling experience never had in life
on a date fixed and confirmed

Luck pointing in my face
phone calls exchanged
love smelling in the air
she was hungry meeting
the special man of her life

Later two hours had passed
we met as the appointment
excitement overrun our lives
pleasantries moved between us
embraces and hugs were unstoppable

in one hour in happiness
we reached the secret beach
both of us drunk in passion
were driven to kiss endlessly
tragedy struck uninvited

a bad-hearted serpent struck
on her foot it drove its fangs!
fell down sobbing
in anger fought back quickly
i hit its head left the world

luck was in my presence
a doctor within meters watching
first aid he administered
less than an hour after the incident
was back alive and kicking

doctor comforted and counselled her
a smile had evaded her
returned was happy again
he drove us to her home
slept at hers comforting and ending
business earlier failed!
