Untitled
Across the violet sky,
You will fly.
Far further than any other,
Something new you will discover.
Do not fly to high for your wings will burn,
But because of this, a new lesson you learn.
Yet you do so anyway,
Fading into the light of day.
You fall and fall,
No matter what you hit, you continue to fall.
Your life flashing before your eyes,
Just watching how everyone else dies.
Once you land,
You lift yourself and stand.
Despite how you hurt,
And how your wings are burnt.
You walk across the water,
Why sink? Don’t bother.
You’ve changed, but your still a little naive,
No matter how old you may be.
Now on the other side,
It’s time to say bye.
So you spread your wings and fly,
High across the violet sky.
