Somewhere between the west and the rising sun I'll sit
and I will wait;
I will wait for you to save whoever I am.

Somewhere in the twilight, somewhere between the dark and the dawn,
I will wait;
the shadows of who I was and who I am not yet.

Somewhere a midst the cold iron of night and the cries muffled by my delight,
I will wait;
though the music plays on strings of silence.

I will wait for you.
