How can I say this without breaking.
How can I say this without falling apart.

The words wont come out.
The sounds wont align.
But I'll stand proud.
As I sing this lullaby.
To the one I lost.
To the things I will never have.
I'll mourn what I had.
I'll mourn what could have been.
As your memory slowly fades.
I'll stand proud and sing you this lullaby.
And one day I hope someone will sing to me.
Because when my memories slowly fade.
And I'm left with nothing but pain.
I hope someone can stand proud.
And sing to me this lullaby.
