Alone stands a girl at the water's edge
Staring longingly into the mist
Slowly she reaches a hand out
Stretching it out in front of her
As if begging him to come back
But he is long gone lost in the fog
Slowly, one by one, faster and faster
The tears start to fall from her face
Knowing deep within her soul
The fate she must endure
A shadow shrouds her in darkness
And for the first time in her life
She feels an immeasurable amount of terror
Life itself flashing quickly
A sharp pain but then it's gone
Everything is silent and her world has gone dark
Is this what death feels like?
