In the corner, over there
in his car He drives around
waiting to see him now
with a look full of despair

He's hoping to find his mate
in the place where he works
but He's afraid of the worst
when He sees the fire and flame

The bookshop is set alight
and without even blinking
He rushes in the building
praying that he's alright

He wanders around the room
a longing gaze in his eyes
only for him to realize
that his friend is gone for good

Sitting there, feeling lost
among the books which are on fire
He gives a cry of pain and ire
for the friend He loved the most
Inspired by a scene from the tv series called "Good Omens"
I didn't want to mention the characters names that's why I chose to write the pronoun "he" with capital "H" whenever I'm referring to Crowley.
