Can’t Hang Upon
Nothing can change the past
But my memories are all
Who would rail against the Gods?
When given such perfect
Time as we were,
Yet still we pine above the water
Line, asking for things to unfold
In changed devotion:
Like as ask for maps to use
A new formed compass
Of my own crossing
