The walls you put up to block people out
An endless number of entries and you still adding names
You like to show them off and shine them
Each having a different story
Almost like you a story writer and they just characters in your life long story
But I won’t be another number
Another statistic on your rep sheet
You will not add my name to your book
I will not allow myself to be placed on your wall
Polished and displayed for your viewing pleasure
I will run , flee from your grasp
I am not looking back this time
I am running into the sunset and vanish into the horizon
