Torn from the wild
A civilization seeps
Torn, because your spiral staircase
Abstracts my face

Mother of pearl dreams
Don't wait up for me
She's sleeping on me softly
I'm sleeping on her chest

And I can hear her heart beating
True, true to me.

Seeping like me,
I never wanted the tight center
I broke off into the world,
Faithful to it.
