Find my barriers blocking love
Are they in my mind?
Are they in my body?
Are they in my energy?

Seek in my dark spaces
Search within my fears
Are they between my ears?
Have they been there for years?

As I grow older they appear
My doubts, conflicts and shame
Rise up like an uncoiled snake
To wake me from my slumber.

My well warn, silent companions
Holding me tight gripped in isolation
Separated from heart and creator
I choose, to send them asunder.

Save this vacated space
For peace, insights and wisdom
So I can care and share
With all sentient beings,
Especially MAN
I am a work in progress
