I feel as if we're slowly drifting apart.
Two ships sailing in the same ruthless sea,
the tides pulling us away from each other.
It kills me because I need you.
And I think somewhere in the back of your mind,
you know you need me too.
We're both lost out at sea.
Two souls trying not to drown.
Two ships,
Split into pieces by the harsh winds.
The ruthless sea
It's hell, I know.
I know you know that too.
But maybe, just maybe...
you and me could put all our broken pieces together,
stand up and fight back against the tides,
sail to shore,
and we can mend these broken hearts.
