Convoluted
My convoluted mind
Always gets me in a bind
Ties me up in knots
Seems the madness will never stop
It tells me to go left
When I should be going right
Sometimes it sees the world in vivid colour
And sometimes black & white
Sometimes I live in a fantasy
But sooner or later I'll return
And it all comes crashing down
Will I ever learn?
But the highs are so high
I'm scared to let them go
What if I never feel like that again?
I'm not sure I'm ready to know
