I don’t even know what to say,
And it’s you that made me this way
I can’t even form a proper thought
On how things got messed up and lost

You can say you may not have meant it
But the damage you caused is permanent
I missed all of the signs I should have read
My shadow is now holding on by a thread
I would’ve been better off if we never met

You just popped me like a glock nine
Left me dead in my tracks, like a stop sign
I keep fighting these demons all the time
And I feel like I am losing my mind

You can say you may not have meant it
But the damage you caused is permanent
I missed all of the signs I should have read
My shadow is now holding on by a thread
I would’ve been better off if we never met

The subject on it is still really sore
I can’t even cry about it anymore

You can say you may not have meant it
But the damage you caused is permanent
I missed all of the signs I should have read
My shadow is now holding on by a thread
I would’ve been better off if we never met
